Last week, I returned from five days in beautiful Tasmania where I was invited to speak at the agriCULTURED Conference. It's a three-day event covering a range of topics and events. The lovely Allison Clark from Agritourism Tasmania hosted me during the event. I spoke about the 'Power of Innovation and the Power of Collaboration' and was also part of an interesting panel discussion. I met many inspirational people during my visit and got to experience what Launceston, which is also a Unesco City of Gastronomy, has to offer. We are looking at collaborating in the future, which is very exciting as New Zealand and Tasmania have a lot in common.
