Welcome to the Agritourism New Zealand Network.
Agritourism is a growing industry world-wide.
For farmers, agritourism offers an opportunity to diversify and create supplementary income. Many agritourism operators enjoy the social aspect of meeting people from all over the world and share their special place.
Visitors are looking to connect with the land, the people, the animals, learn where their food comes from, and enjoy the relaxing rural environment and activities.
We are here to help farmers develop a quality and sustainable agritourism businesses, connect them with like-minded operators, and help them market their business to visitors within New Zealand and internationally.
Agritourism NZ works with organisations in tourism and agriculture and conducts research projects related to agritourism.
We look forward to working with you! Click here to read more about us.
